Together with our friends at Honest Rum, we have paired three cocktails that with different times of the day. Made to be enjoyed with good company.
Six Spiced Rouge Daiquiri - Ideal for midday mischief
Ingredients:
60ml Honest Rum
15ml lime juice
30ml pomegranate juice
Dash of grenadine
Method:
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice, shake and strain into a couple glass. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
Cinco & Bubbles - Suited for Sundown on a Sunday
Ingredients:
45ml Cinco Sangria Rum (Replace with Non-alc red wine)
20ml fresh lime juice
20ml sugar syrup
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
30ml sparkling wine to top
Method:
Add all ingredients except sparkling to a cocktail shaker full of ice. Shake hard for 10 seconds, then fine-strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Top with sparkling wine.
Cinco Lemon Yuzu - Crafted for a midnight conversation pit
Ingredients:
45ml Cinco Sangria Rum (Replace with Non-alc red wine)
Fresh orange wedge
150ml East Imperial Lemon yuzu
Method:
Add all ingredients into a short glass full of ice. Squeeze orange wedge, and place in to the glass.
